Try removing lines 99 to 109 of header.inc.php.
There were some posts about this last month.

I'm configuring phpGrouWare on a linux box (SuSE 8.0) with apache
1.3.26, php 4.2.2 and postgres 7.2.

After using the setup to write the header.inc.php I'm left in an empty
page when accessing setup/index.php ...

The phpinfo() test works perfectly.

What can be wrong ?
