That is not an error message! The first part is just explaining what is
going on ("adding ..."). The thing with Timetrack is: you cannot use it at
once after installation. After completion of installation and setup you
have to login as admin and do what it says in this message.
There are quite a few applications you cannot use at once after
installation. You have to setup them somehow. And Timetrack is the only
application that tells you so at this stage of installation.
So: Don't worry. Just go on.
