[Phpgroupware-users] Failure when setting up header.inc.php

I have just installed Mandrake 8.2 and trying to run phpGroupWare. I
have gone thru the setup guide to the point of running
http://localhost/phpgroupware/setup . When I connect to 'setup' I get an
error:
"parse error:parse error in /var/www/html/phpgroupware/header.inc.php on
line 43"

"warning: cannot add header information - headers already sent by
(output started by /var/www/html/phpgroupware/header.inc.php :43)in
/var/www/html/phpgroupware/setupindex.php header.inc.php on line 24"


How do solve this problem.
