[Phpgroupware-users] Viewing an entire group's appointments in the Calendar app.

Hi

I'm part of a small dispersed team of 11 people, and we plan to use
phpGroupWare to track the appointments and availability status of team
members. The software is installed and working, but I've come up against a
problem.

Our team events organiser who arranges meetings etc... would like to be able
to see the entire team's movements, days out of office and availability etc,
in one global view within the calendar app, rather than having to go through
each members individual calendar one person at a time. 

All of the team members are permitted to read (but not edit) one another's
meetings by using the drop down User: field in the calendar application.

At the moment if our team events organiser wants to organise a meeting for
the entire team to attend, she needs to go through every single team
member's individual diary to see whether that person is available on a set
day. It would be much easier if she could see everybody's meetings/days out
office/appointments as a global view, and then select a day in which nobody
had any appointments.

Am I missing something, or is there no way of doing this? Any help would be
very gratefully received. I'm using version 0.9.12 on Linux.
