If anyone would like to send me the ip/name of their local/regional NTP
server, I'll see if I can build a selection into the configuration.  I'm
looking into alternative ways of doing this by using HTTP(80) instead of
NTP(13), allowing that to use the existing proxy methods in place.  But,
currently, no solution for this method.
