Hi i just have unpacked phpgroupware
and created the header file
create file permissions
and the database and user
but gave me the following eeror:
Database error: Link-ID == false, pconnect failed
PostgreSQL Error: 0 ()
Session halted.
how can i fix it what this mean ?
