[Phpgroupware-users] (no subject)

hello, 

I have installed phpgroupware version 0.9.14 on red had
7.2 and working with postgres.

I have tarball instalation and the mail module does not
work completely. When I want to send some mail it never
sends anything.  

How can I make it work?

It shows me what follows:

The mail server returned:
