Hi,
I've install a Phpgroupware 0.9.14-RC3 and
created a phpgroupware database on my PgSQL And
i've this msg error when i want "Setup/Config Admin Login" :
Database error: Link-ID == false, pconnect
failed
PostgreSQL Error: 0 () Session halted. What doesn't works ???
