I created a group, TTSGROUP, with an ACL of read tickets within group
only for the TTS. I created a user, TTSUSER, and put him in the
TTSGROUP. When TTSUSER signs on, They see everything and can even update
other tickets assigned to other groups.
Also it doesn't show in the main screen when chosen to do so in
preferences...
Maybe two separate issues, maybe not?
