[Phpgroupware-users] Trouble sending email

in phpGroupWare API version 0.9.13.018

When trying to send an email, I get the following:

The mail server returned:

Any Ideas???? I saw some reference to upload_files a while back, but I've 
check that out, and that's not the drama..
