Try getting the latest package from http://www.anglemail.com/. I think I saw
in the
docs/source that it supports IMAPS. Angles is the one that brought the current
email app to it's current state, then left the project for personal reasons.
He has
recently started coding on it again but has choosen it to be a 3rd party drop in
replacement for the current email app instead of an official project.

I don't think there is currently support for this.
