[Phpgroupware-users] setup error

Hello, when i go to 'Please configure phpGroupWare for your environment.'

It gives me this error 

'Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class phpgw_setup in
/var/www/html/private/groupware/phpgroupware/setup/inc/phpgw_setup.inc.php
on line 15'

It does have the for and it's values listed right underneath this error, but
it doesn't give me a submit button.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
