[Phpgroupware-users] Project. I don't get it

Hi,

I am trying to create a project as an admin but it keeps asking me to do
things I have already done and won't let me create the project.

1) Set my preferences. I have as far as I can tell. I get them via the
Preferences tab then click the preferences link in the Project section.
Filled in the address and set the tax value to something to keep it happy
(can we make billing optional? this project is a non-profit volunteer
effort)

2) Choose activities first. But I have. When I fill in the project form the
bookable activates and billable activates are filled in with an activity I
created earlier.

Can someone please explain what I am doing wrong here?

Please respond to the list (reply all). I see someone asked before but there
are holes in the follow-up so I don't know how he fixed it.

I am using 0.9.14-RC3.
