[Phpgroupware-users] ToDo is broken?

Hi people,

I just installed 0.9.14RC3 and I encountered a serious error. When I go to 
the Todo-page, I get the following message:

This application is current*
Database error: Invalid SQL: SELECT * FROM phpgw_todo WHERE ( 
todo_owner=599439 OR (todo_access='public' AND todo_owner in(599439)))   
order by todo_id_main, todo_id_parent, todo_level, todo_datecreated asc LIMIT

Session halted.

Is there a fix for this one already and where can I find that fix?
