yes ! in fact it works, but it does not support folders... actually we have MS Exchange Server as our IMAP server, and all kinds of imap clients supports folders and they work fine, as of netscape mail, outlook and outlook express... we are going to migrate from this microsoft solution to a linux/sendmail/uwimap and phpgroupware solution, but we can't go forward because of this email trouble, since e-mail is the main application we need.

have you tried the email app instead of felamimail?
