[Phpgroupware-users] phpgroupware install 0.9.14 RC2

Hello,
I am trying to install 0.9.14RC2 and I am running into an error
message:

Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: template in
./inc/functions.inc.php(71) : eval()'d code on line 1

This occurs after I have Created header.inc.php! and click continue.

I am not up on my php should I try to modify
phpgwapi/inc/class.Template.inc.php and include the path that it is
referring to?
