[Phpgroupware-users] An Error on Setup

Hi All,

I guess everyont must be sick of this problem..  as I have seen posts for 
this one..  but no answers...

I have this exact same problem...  Using the standard phpgorups rpm that 
comes with Mandrake 8.1 Linux

I also tried the dev version phpGroupWare-0.9.14.RC2-1mdk.noarch.rpm

But that gave me a different error...   what's the fixes for these errors

Template Error: filename: file ..//header.inc.php.template does not exist. 
Halted.
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in 
/var/www/html/phpgroupware/phpgwapi/inc/class.Template.inc.php on line 440

There must be some simple fix for this, I would love to have a look at this 
software..
