[Phpgroupware-users] Problem Setup 0.9.14

Hi,

after the first initial setup step I have a problem continuing the setup.
When trying to enter via the "Setup/Config Admin Login" I get an error page
(as you can see, I'm sitting behind a proxy which I can't change):

The requested URL could not be retrieved
