If you are useing a .12 distributed copy, Id suggest that you use CVS to get 
the Stable branch.  It has many bug fixes.
If you are running a head co from CVS you should look at phpwebhosting, it 
is the current filemanager module type thing...

I believe headlines down loads XML news summaries.  I seem to remember a 
list of such locations in a sql file, but I could be remembering wrong.
