I used the following from the INSTALL file:

   Create your database.
        For MySQL:
                Login to MySQL
                > create database phpgroupware;
                > grant all on phpgroupware.* to address@hidden identified by 
'foo';

What is the syntax to create the user 'phpgroupware'?
