Details:

PHP Warning: array_merge() [<a
href='function.array-merge'>function.array-merge</a>]: Argument #2 is not an
array in /path/to/felamimail/inc/hook_settings.inc.php 

There is also this error about using a StdClass as an array in line 939 of
class.bofelamimail.inc.php

I am about to commit a fix for this
