Details:

I made some experiments on driving the SOAP interface of Sympa (5.2.x,
operated by perl's SOAP:Lite) from phpgw 0.9.16.

I've only been able to get it to work with the following adjustments (after
hours of tracing, debugging and such).

I'd welcome integration in the stable release ;)

I'm not sure at all if this fixes every problems with SOAP or if there would
be specifics linked to the SOAP server I talk to... but as the patch's
changes are quite limited, I suppose it would help for everyone.
