Details:

In HEAD accounts::id2name returns the full user name in the format specified
by the user in prefs.  This change was done for security reasons.  Some apps
and classes (such as vfs) rely on account lid, this patch implements the
functionality for those apps that need it.  It generally should only be used
when the accounty lid is required for internal purposes the account lid
should never be used in the gui.
