Details:

This patch alters the behavior of class.schema_proc_pgsql.inc.php from
creating temporary tables for RenameTable,RenameColumn,AlterColumn and
DropColumn - to just do what asked for  - just as already for Mysql.
The advantage is that one do not need the complete table-definition for this
actions - and if some thing goes wrong - the consequences is limited to the
column. Applies to both head and stable.
