Details:

When exporting a calendar via calendar/ical.php, the resulting 'file' (or
rather stream) does not contain any timezone information at all. The
resulting iCalendar-format file should contain a VTIMEZONE section as well as
TZID's with the start times of a VEVENT. This helps other programs (like
Apple's iCal which I use) to properly display the entries.
