Ok this is the normal behavior. This is an "old feature" that I
misunderstood.

To resume (for private archive :) :
("ceb explanation") : The public anonymous was thinked as the behavior of
news_admin related to web display of projects informations. So from the
projects views, there is no difference between a public and public anonymous
project ...

For the second behavior described here, please do it in another private
report :)
