Details:

- be able to set a Person's Organization and Category from the first page,
"General Data", when adding a new person.
 - be able to specify the number of lines/entries to display in the
addressbook
 - be able to set ALL as the default category in the Addressbook preferences
 - clicking "Save" on the Add Address screen should save the Address info you
just entered (without having to hit the "Add" button)
 - the width of the table showing the Addresses should be wider
