Follow-up Comment #8, bugs #6871 (project phpgroupware):
uh, no not really...
yes, it's a good idea on a production system to direct warnings and errors to
an error log instead of screen but that does not fix the problem.
a connection limit/throttle is the most likely cause of this. error.
