Summary: Reworked vfs layer and Dav system

Original Submission: I give here all the files and patches needed.

There is :
 * a patch to correct some minors things in filemanager as well as a simple
implementations of locking system in filemanager (old style).
 * a tar.gz containing the files of the vfs layer to untar under phpgwapi/inc/
[why a tar.gz and not a patch ? just to avoid problems when patching occurs :)]
Note for the Dav XML parsing : things could look ugly, but the given system
avoid a huge memory leak in the xml_parser of 4.X series of php.

 * Please look at the mailing list for more infos :)

Regards,
Caeies.
