Summary:  Facilities Schedule

Original Submission:  I'd like to see a feature that allows you to book 
facilities, such as a room for a meeting, etc.  Ideally, such a system would 
allow an administrator to define resources and their availability, determine 
who can book a resource, and allow a group of supervisors to optionally approve 
or deny requests.
