Summary:  email sent on event creation has wrong update time

Original Submission:  The email that is sent when an event is created in 
calendar has GMT/UTC time in the "Updated:" field.

The "Updated:" field needs to contain local time.

If this is going to take a lot of programming, how about just adding "GMT/UCT" 
to the line?  This would alleviate the confusion until you have the time to do 
the programming.

I will look at this, but as it is sent to all users, calculating local time for 
each user will involve some work.
