Summary: Single quotes in the subject line
Original Submission: If you use single quotes (or an apostrophe) in the
subject line of a bug submission, the inserting into the database fails. I'll
look into how best to handle this for mySQL. In Oracle, the usual workaround
is to replace single quotes, or apostrophes, with two single quotes.
