Summary:  calendar - add a second home page box

Original Submission:  I would like a second calendar box on my home page with 
additional user preference settings to control.

My goal is to be able to see MY monthly calendar view and a weekly or daily 
calendar view of a user group.

As a supervisior, I can then see my appointments and a separate view of my 
staff's schedule at the same time
