Summary:  Single Sign On over ntlm

Original Submission:  you have to patch the login.php script (patch attached)
you have to patch config.tpl in setup for a new authoption. (patch attached)

class.auth_ntlm.inc.php is a new authenticate method.you have to copy this file 
to <installdir>/phpgwapi/inc/

Install the apache1/2 module "mod_ntlm". see this url:
http://modntlm.sourceforge.net/

Single Sign on works on a IE. In Mozilla/FireFox you have to enter the account 
login:

login: <domain><accountname>
passwd: <yourpw>

Limitations:
Dropdown box for phpgw domain is missing.

there is still a bug in combination with the session class - i'll track down 
this one
