Summary:  FUDFORUM doesn't not work

Original Submission:  I have install phpgroupware on two separate machines, os, 
and networks and the only consistent problem I've found thus far is that 
fudforum does not work.  All I get is an empty page.  Seems like I'm not the 
only one who's having this problem. Check here:
