Original Submission:  Hi,

the default website is not working in a first installation. The setup routine 
(I think) adds a first entry in phpgw_sitemgr_sites:
sites_url: /sitemgr/default-site/

the config.php script does a SQL statement with a WHERE:

sites_url = 'http://localhost/sitemgr/default-site/'

So the default site is not listed in the result.
