Summary: calendar - url to calendar event at bottom of emailed event
notifications

Original Submission: Just a straight url would work if a browser session were
already active in the browsers I have tested

This would allow a user receiving emailed notifications while using phpgw to
link directly to the accept/reject screen for the meeting invitation for
example.

This is another good reason why the login screen should capture url parameters
and go to that url after a valid login to generate the session info.
