Summary:  addressbook popup searching and sorting

Original Submission:  It's impossible to sort contacts showed in the popup.
Also the seacrh box is useless...even if you type something in, no search is 
done.
I've edited the bo_project::read_abook function to allow simple searching 
(category and last_name).
Maybe it's possible to improve searching, but I dion't understand very well the 
contacts' API.
I've edited ui_project::abook to allow sorting and ordering.
More details in comments into the files.
I attach also the template, 'cause I've made ome changes to the abook popup to 
allow calling fromother apps and showing more than one select field/button in a 
form.
