Summary: NukeNews template and news module in sitemgr with RSS

Original Submission: Template Error: loadfile: RssBlock is not a valid handle.
Halted.

To reproduce the bug :
Choose NukeNews as the template for the sitemgr site
Then add a category and a page in it
Then add in the center area a block of news
check the "Do you want to publish a RSS feed for this news category" selectbox.
Then try to go on the newly created page
Fail with the error above.
If I remember
There is a similar problem with 3D-Fantasy.

Don't have enougth time to go deeper. Perhaps after the phpdevcon.
