try a cvs update first, I guess this is solve in the CVS.

Btw : to do a cvs update :
export CVS_RSH=ssh
cd path_to_your_phpgroupware
cvs -z3 -q update -dP
should be ok
Then go in setup screen to update the applications (you will see an update the 
app in the 4th step of setup).
Things should be ok from there.

Summary:  Problems when editing Adressbook persons and organisations

Original Submission:  Hello! I'm using PHPGroupware 0.9.16.000 on an Apache 
2.0.49 server with PHP 4.3.6 and MySQL 4.0.18. Adding contacts/organizstions 
work, but when trying to edit, the form has NO DATA in it.
