Summary:  misguiding upload form: return key results in empty page

Original Submission:  Select a file, put the cursor after the filename or in 
the Comment box and hit return. You'll be asked if you want to upload the file 
(browser dependent functionality). Hit yes. But: in no case is the file 
uploaded, the result is an empty page (apart from navigation elements) in your 
browser.

The empty page happens if no filename is entered when hitting the return key.
