Summary: Time Error: hour added automatically to set appointment

Original Submission: Hello,

I'm using the 0.9.14.000 version of phpGroupWare. I'm in the process of
updating to the latest version, but seeing as I'll have to update manually (I'm
using a .tar.gz version), and many users depend on the current calendar, I'm
going to remain "stuck" with this version for some time.

My error: whenever User A on machine A adds an appointment, and User B on
machine B tries to update this appointment (say, with additional information),
an hour gets added to the time set by User A. I'm sure you can imagine the
problems this can cause. ;-)

My question: is this an error on my part, or a known issue in phpGroupWare
0.9.14.000?

(I've double-checked timezones and machine time, nothing wrong there.)

Thanks in advance.
