$columns_to_display['org_name'] = 1;

at line 262 of addressbook/inc/uiaddressbook.inc.php before:

$get_data_function = 'get_persons';

works but it should be a pref. option.  Also, it would be better if org_name 
was a link to the view or edit page of the org contact

Please add the org fields to the prefs selection of
fields that can be displayed with the main person list

ie org_name, org_address, org_phone, org_fax
