Summary:  Unused mandatory field in new phpgw ldap schema

Original Submission:  In the new LDAP schema, the required attribute 
phpgwAccountID seems not used (the plain uidNumber are used instead).

Please, an unused required attributes are so dumb... please remove it!!!
