Summary:  Curious behavior for fields "Date added" and "Date last visited" 

Original Submission:  "Date added" is set to the creation date and updated to 
the last modification date.
"Date last visited" is set to exactly 1 hour later (e.g 12:43 > 13:43) when 
French is the default language, and not set when English is the account forced 
setting.
"Date last updated" never set.

I don't know what all that means !
