Summary:  API bug with contacts backend found

Original Submission:  After setting up a fresh phpgw (0.9.16 cvs) and removing 
the output buffer code I found the following when clicking on the addressbook 
page:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: () in 
phpgwapiincclass.sql_entity.inc.php on line 571

the code line is:

return ($data == sql::null()) ? sql::null() : sql::$type($data);

where $zype is empty and $data = 'public'
