Summary:  Editing and vieweing permissions to applications for users is

Lines 658 for "view" hides applications with status 2 and on line 1078 for 
"edit" hides applications with status 3.

Same applications should be shown in both cases.

Please verify this report against the current stable or even cvs version. (at 
this time 0.9.14.007 is the most recent stable and 0.9.511 is the most cvs 
version)

If the buf still exists, log a new report with the most current version tested 
with.

If no report/response is received within 14 days, this report will be closed.

As stated above, in the edit and view mode different applications are show. In 
my case it led even to strange display of lang labels (in case the number of 
applications is different), but this might have been wrong setup on my side.

View and edit should definitely show the same, otherwise it can mislead 
administrator.
