Summary: Importing contacts (ownership and multiple categories)

Original Submission:
When i import contact, two problems :

I wish (as administrator) to decide who will own the
records. Today they belong to me and that's it.

I do the importation for everybody, it's a pain in...

   SECOND PROBLEM :

I import contacts from netscape (or Outlook express,
it is the same).

I have to separately import the contacts, category
after category. OK that's not a big deal.

But if a contact is in many categories, you create a
new contact. If a contact is in 5 category, i have 5
duplicates.

Instead, when importing you should detect a similar
contact exist already (same email, and name/company),
then instead of creating a new contact, just modify
the existing one, adding it ALSO in the new category.
