Summary:  phpgwapi/cron/asyncservices.php has wrong path

Original Submission:  To get async services working, an absolute path needs set 
instead of '../..' for $path_to_phpgroupware. A workaround would be for the 
cronjob to change to the phpgroupware dir before executing the php code.
