Summary:  Problem with redirect

Original Submission:  I am having a problem with the following 
:phpgroupware/setup/index.php



I can log in, but the redirect fails with opera 7 and with the t-online IE 
browser :



it says please wait, then it refreshes, and goes to login.



here are the strings :
